What this website does not do
Ondulee does not sell personal information, does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and runs no advertising on this site.

The Ondulee application at launch
The following describes the design that will apply when the application launches. It describes nothing the company does today, and it will be restated as operating practice once the application is built and verified.
Collected
- The platform account identifier returned at sign-in
- Display name and avatar, where you grant them
- In-app viewing progress and episode history
- Purchase and entitlement records
- Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system version, application version, crash logs
Not collected
- Precise location
- Contacts
- Biometric data
- Payment card details. Transactions are handled by the host platform’s in-app purchase system.
Retention
- Account and viewing data: for the life of the account, and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request
- Transaction records: seven years, for US tax purposes
- Server and access logs: 90 days
Storage
US user data will be stored in the United States.

Service providers
Ondulee uses third-party providers for website hosting, DNS, content storage and delivery, email, and analytics. Providers process data only to deliver those functions.
