onduleestudios.com is operated by Ondulee Studios LLC, a limited liability company organized in Illinois, United States, with its principal place of business at 5846 W 77th Street, Unit 203, Burbank, Illinois 60459, United States. “Ondulee,” “we” and “us” refer to Ondulee Studios LLC.

Scope
These terms govern use of onduleestudios.com. Ondulee has not launched a consumer application. Section 7 describes terms that will apply to that application when it launches. Until then there are no accounts, no users and no purchases.

This website is informational. It offers no accounts, no sign-in, no purchases and no user-generated content. You may view and share its pages for your own non-commercial use.

Intellectual property
The name Ondulee Studios and this site’s text, layout and design belong to Ondulee Studios LLC or are used by it under licence.
Titles, artwork, stills and other material relating to the works shown on this site are published under authorization from their respective rights holders. All rights in those works are reserved by those rights holders. Nothing on this site transfers any right in them to you.

Prohibited conduct
You may not copy, scrape, mirror, frame or redistribute this site or its contents for commercial purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to transmit unlawful, infringing or harmful material.

Third-party platforms and links
This site may link to platforms operated by others. Those platforms run under their own terms and privacy policies. Ondulee does not control them and is not responsible for them.

Terms applying to the Ondulee application at launch
Ondulee intends to publish its catalogue as an in-platform application. This section will apply when that application launches. It does not apply today.
Eligibility
This section is being prepared.
Access licence
Viewing access to a published work will be a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to stream that work for your own non-commercial use. It will carry no right to download, record, copy, redistribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works.
Purchases
Transactions will be processed by the host platform through its in-app purchase system under that platform’s purchase terms. Ondulee will not receive or hold payment card details. Refunds will be handled under the host platform’s purchase terms.
Entitlements
Purchased access will be recorded against your account on the host platform, and will remain available while that account is active and the work remains published.
Suspension and withdrawal
Ondulee may suspend or withdraw access where these terms are breached, where the host platform requires it, or where a work is withdrawn from publication.

Disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Ondulee does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
